Rosewood Realty Group completed the sale of a four-building portfolio in the Bedford Stuyvesant section for $7.9 million. The four buildings are located at 1400 Dean St., 299 & 303 Putnam Ave. and 267 Clifton Place. Rosewood Realty president Aaron Jungreis represented the seller and Rosewood Realty broker Samuel Kooris represented the buyer in this off market deal where both the buyer and seller are local investors The four, four-story walk-up buildings consisted of 55,000 s/f with a total 72 units. "The buyer bought a great package of buildings with upside in a gentrifying Brooklyn neighborhood," said Kooris. The deal, which represents nine times the rent roll, closed in 90 days.
