Medicsight PLC has signed a new lease at 500 Mamaroneck Ave., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of Malkin Properties, the building's marketing and managing agent.
The tenant has already taken occupancy of its 2,791 s/f offices on the second floor.
Newman, together with leasing associate Tara Long, represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Matthew Lisk of Cushman & Wakefield.

Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Medicsight develops software that automatically highlights suspicious areas on computerized tomography (CT) scans of the colon and lung, helping radiologists to identify, measure, and analyze potential disease and early indicators of disease. The company's C.A.D. software was developed using a large and population-diverse database of verified patient CT scan data.
