CresaPartners has promoted Justin Halpern to vice president in its New York office.

Halpern specializes in comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, lease negotiation, acquisitions, dispositions and market research, and assists local and national clients with their specific office space needs. He works with clients in a wide variety of industries, such as financial services, technology, media, legal, associations, and not-for-profit organizations. Clients include Oracle Corporation, Amazon.com, M Space Holdings, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts LLC, Archway Technologies, and Bell Canada Enterprises.
Prior to joining CresaPartners in 2007, Mr. Halpern was a sales associate at Aetna Inc. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
