Kubicki to serve as upstate chapter president of the Appraisal Institute

The upstate New York chapter of the Appraisal Institute installed Robin Kubicki, MAI, of Syracuse as president for 2008 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. The Appraisal Institute is recognized as one of the leaders in the real estate appraisal industry and one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. Kubicki has been a real estate appraiser for over 20 years. She has vast experience in the appraisal of a variety of commercial, office, industrial, apartment and other types of real estate across upstate New York. Other 2008 officers include Michael Varley, MAI of Ogdensburg as vice president; William Hafner, MAI, of Albany as treasurer; and Donald Fisher, MAI, of Syracuse as secretary. The 2007 president Christopher Harland, MAI, of Albany, will serve as one of the regional representatives along with James Murrett, MAI, of Buffalo. The 2008 board of directors are Rex Bryce, SRA, of Albany; Donald Coon, MAI, of Watertown; Gary Snowden of Albany; Michael Coles of Elmira; Rob Stevens of Rochester; Michael Egnoto of Syracuse; Paul Niedzielski, MAI, of Rochester; and William Kimball, MAI, of Syracuse.
