City Prime Realty LLC's Eli Yaghoubi, senior associate, and Jonathan Aziz, VP of investment sales, exclusively represented the buyer and seller in the sale of 2237-2239 Morris Ave. The six-story elevatored building consists of 30 apartment units and sold for $2.2 million.
