Arthur Bocchi has joined Newmark Knight Frank as a senior managing director. A 30-year real estate veteran, Bocchi will focus on property agency assignments, in addition to servicing tenant requirements.
"We are thrilled to have Arthur join NKF," said David Falk, president of the firm's New York Tri-State region. "He is well known in the industry as a person of tremendous integrity and character, and we look forward to having him collaborate with others at the firm in providing the highest caliber of service as it pertains to representing landlords as well as tenants."
Bocchi brings a competitive track record of large leases sustained by his expertise in developing property-specific leasing strategies and a knowledge of the Manhattan office market.
Most recently with Paramount Group, he oversaw an 8 million s/f portfolio, completing leases with Allianz (300,000 s/f), Time Warner Cable (150,000 s/f), Showtime Networks (200,000 s/f) and AIG (250,000 s/f).
Prior to his years at Paramount Group, Bocchi led the Strategic Agency Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, which managed 46 properties—comprising more than 35 million square feet—across all market sectors. He began his career at Wm. A. White & Sons (which later merged with Grubb & Ellis).
Bocchi currently serves on the boards of the Avenue of Americas Association and the Broadway
Association.
