Seider and Schechter of Pyramid Brokerage complete $1.175 million sale

Russo Development Company, under the entity Triple R Properties LLC, purchased the former Penske Trucking Facility located at 3710 Milestrip Road from Penske Truck Leasing Company LP. The sale price for the 20,786 s/f building on approximately 20 acres was $1.175 million. The purchase enables Russo Development to expand and more centrally locate its business from Springville. David Seider and Richard Schechter of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction on behalf of the purchaser. Peter Jaremka of Militello Realty represented the seller.
