Nationally recognized commercial real estate expert, Tim Conley (CCIM, SIOR), delivered a special presentation entitled "Comprehensive Due Diligence is Key in Real Estate" on September 14. The talk is sponsored by The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) in cooperation with their Rochester Area Chapter. Through his 22-year career, Conley has polished his ability to deliver a lively, entertaining, and informative presentation.
"We are very pleased to have Tim as an instructor as he is extremely knowledgeable and his professionalism is second to none," said Sherry Marr, NYSCAR course coordinator.
The course provided a comprehensive overview of what is important in creating successful "real estate transactions." A special topic of focus will be the due diligence that is necessitated by municipal regulation, service provision, and planning requirements for commercial real estate development along with physical inspection and financial analysis. Participants were eligible for 3 hours of NYS continuing education credits.
