Cushman & Wakefield has been named the leasing and management agent of a 1.5 million s/f General Growth Properties office portfolio in Maryland.
A Cushman & Wakefield team, led by vice chairman Jonathan Serko and executive VP Barry Zeller in New York, will oversee the leasing efforts for the office properties in Columbia, Baltimore and Owings Mills, while providing property management for the properties in Columbia and Owings Mills.
The portfolio includes:
* Columbia Corporate Center, a seven-building office complex in Columbia Town Center totaling 876,475 s/f. Cushman & Wakefield senior director Hayes Merkert, director Danielle Schline and director Karen Cherry will be the team members dedicated to Columbia Corporate Center.
* Harborplace Tower, a 261,780 s/f class A office building overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Cushman & Wakefield senior director Tim Jackson and associate director Kyle Durkee will be the team members dedicated to Harborplace Tower.
* Owings Mills Corporate Center, comprised of two office buildings totaling 330,736 s/f. Cushman & Wakefield Senior director Tim Jackson and associate director Kyle Durkee will be the team members dedicated to Owings Mills Corporate Center.
