Hakimian Properties (HPNY) has completed the sale of 370 W 11th St. for $3.925 million. The property is a four-story, 4,400 s/f residential building located between Washington and West Sts. in the West Village. The deal was coordinated by Ivan Hakimian of HPNY. Hakimian represented buyer, ID Associates LLC and seller, 370 W 11th St. LLC.
