EnTech launches HPD Dashboard program

October 7, 2011 - Spotlight Content
EnTech has launched a new feature that will help its clients better manage heat and hot water in buildings. A main component of energy management is ensuring tenants are satisfied with heat and hot water settings. To help counter this problem, EnTech has developed a customized dashboard of tenant complaints, allowing managements to be in tune with tenants' grievances. This program will allow managements to view a history of all tenant complaints, including ones submitted to HPD. This new feature will enable consumers to resolve complaints before they become large-scale city problems. Together with an intelligent computer control, clients get peace of mind knowing that EnTech's Energy Management Service is working around the clock to ensure indoor temperatures are keeping their tenants satisfied. Now with the added bonus of the HPD Dashboard, managements can tap into potentially problematic situations and resolve them immediately. This feature is integrated into EnTech's flagship system, the Virtual Remote 500. EnTech has emerged as one of the area's leading manufacturers and providers of computerized boiler control products and services. In recent years, the company has rolled out a series of new add-on modules and relay devices that have greatly expanded its control and monitoring capabilities to a whole new range of applications. EnTech strives daily to provide its customers with cutting edge technology in order to optimize the building management experience.
