Barbanel of GFI Realty Services sells 9,975 s/f building for $4.5 million

According to GFI Realty Services Inc., it has completed the sale of 279 Church St., a Tribeca loft building for $4.5 million. The building is a 9,975 s/f six-story elevator, built in 1910. Shane Barbanel, senior broker at GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer and the seller. "Regardless of the fact that this deal presented several challenges due to structuring and market conditions, both the buyer and seller are walking away winners" said Barbanel.
