APV Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its new Pilot Plant/testing facility, office renovations, as well as a celebration of 20 years at their Fillmore Ave. location. Uniland Development Co. built the original facility in 1974. A new 20,000 s/f facility was designed and constructed by Uniland to accommodate the growth of APV.
