Bucci also completed the $365,000 sale of 4184 Longbranch Rd. in Liverpool with Marty Merola of Sutton Real Estate. The 8-unit building is comprised of all 2-bedroom apartments. The seller was Skytop Realty, LLC and financing was provided by Visions FCU.
