Stuart Eisenkraft, one of CBRE's top brokerage professionals and a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, has been promoted to vice chairman. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded teams concluding complex headquarters and or multi-market assignments exceeding 23 million s/f across the globe for corporations, governments and law firms alike. Several of his deals have served to anchor more than three million s/f of new construction at different locations across the U.S. Some of Eisenkraft's most notable transactions from 2010 include the second-largest lease in New York City in 2010—the 410,000 s/f relocation of law firm Proskauer Rose LLP's global headquarters to Eleven Times Sq.
