Stuart Eisenkraft, one of CBRE's top brokerage professionals and a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, has been promoted to vice chairman. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded teams concluding complex headquarters and or multi-market assignments exceeding 23 million s/f across the globe for corporations, governments and law firms alike. Several of his deals have served to anchor more than three million s/f of new construction at different locations across the U.S. Some of Eisenkraft's most notable transactions from 2010 include the second-largest lease in New York City in 2010—the 410,000 s/f relocation of law firm Proskauer Rose LLP's global headquarters to Eleven Times Sq. "One of the most driven, successful and consummate real estate professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with, Stu truly embodies the ideals and values of CBRE," said Matt Van Buren, executive managing director, CBRE. "Stu's unparalleled dedication to his clients, along with his integrity and professionalism in servicing their real estate requirements in N.Y. and around the world sets him apart in earning the title of vice chairman." Eisenkraft is a member CBRE's America's advisory board, dedicating significant time and resources to shaping the company's national and international service delivery platform across all business lines. He has been named to CBRE's Colbert Coldwell Circle—which recognizes the company's top sales professionals nationally—fives times since 2000, and was one of 32 CBRE Manhattan brokerage professionals to reach that designation in 2010. Eisenkraft is a member of the real estate board of New York, is on the Board of Trustees of the Vermont Academy in Saxtons River, Vermont, and is a graduate of Nichols College.
