Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. has brokered a two-year, 4,111 s/f renewal at 370 Lexington Ave. for Americans for UNFPA. Built in 1929, 370 Lexington Ave. is a 27-story building featuring on-site management and 24/7 access. Office tenants include Campbell Alliance Group, Inc., MBG Telecom Software and Preferred Placement. Paul Wolf and Stephen Powers of Denham Wolf Real Estate represented the tenant, while Adam Weissleder of Sherwood Equities represented the landlord, Lexington Avenue, LLC.
