Gal Nauer Architects (GNA), has created a new architectural and interior design at 250 West St., a landmark building located in TriBeCa. Originally built in 1906, 250 West St. has been converted from a landmark warehouse building into a 21st Century luxury residence.
Originally designed by William Birkmire, the 11-story neo-Renaissance building consists of 111 loft-style condominiums and 300,000 residential s/f.
Atop 250 West St. is a penthouse comprised of over 7,000 s/f, with a private entryway, lobby and elevator. In addition, there is alsa a 5,000 s/f rooftop terrace.
