What distinct qualities or personality traits do you feel make you most successful in your profession?
The thing that makes me most successful has to be my team. I have a team of realtors, both residential and commercial who have cultivated my client base. Each member of my team brings something new to the table, ensuring a perfect personality fit for all of my clients. If a client needs constant attention or needs an agent who is a little less aggressive, I have that person waiting to step in. People call me aggressive but I think of it as being focused. You have to set your sights on what your clients want and make it happen.
