Auriemmo of H2M earns NYS professional engineer license

Alison Auriemmo, project engineer in the water resources division at H2M architects + engineers for the successful completion of the New York State Professional Engineer Exam in Civil: Water Resources and Environmental. This accomplishment has earned her a professional engineer license. Auriemmo has been working at H2M since June 2006.
Her recent work includes the design work for South Farmingdale Water District VOC Treatment at Plants No. 1 & No. 3 and the Plainview Water District Plant No. 5 Rehabilitation.
As a project engineer, she is responsible for design and construction administration tasks associated with the construction of water supply and treatment facilities, some of which include, but are not limited to the preparation of engineering reports which evaluate new well locations, existing distribution systems, and proposed VOC wellhead treatment systems.
Ms. Auriemmo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC and an active member of the American Water Works Association and the New York Water Environment Association. She resides in Albertson, NY.
