Two Trees Management redevelops 106-unit GAIR2 at 25 Washington Street

Brooklyn's waterfront community of DUMBO is getting a new residence, GAIR2, a luxury rental building at 25 Washington St. The red brick homes were re-developed by Two Trees Management and designed by WASA/Studio A-Wank Adams Slavin Associates, LLP. The historic property is named after GAIR2's 19th-century builder, Robert Gair, who is also responsible for nine other waterfront properties in the area, including seven which bore his name (Gair 1-7). GAIR2 is one of two remaining DUMBO Gair buildings to be re-developed.
The property comprises of 106 homes - including one bedroom, one bedroom with home office and two bedroom residences - ranging from 500 to 1,200 s/f.
