Jain, Wolfson and Herrera Diaz join ERG Property Advisors as associates

ERG Property Advisors has hired three new associates, Rohit Jain, Jeffrey Wolfson and Paul Herrera Diaz. Jain began his career in architecture in Bombay, arriving in N.Y.C. in 2003. He has a degree in Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai, India, a master's degree in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Real Estate Finance & Investment certificate from NYU, and a Real Estate Finance module of AMDP from Harvard University. He earned his N.Y. real estate license in 2011. Prior to joining ERG as a senior associate, Jain spent four years with Jones Lang LaSalle. Wolfson is originally from Minneapolis, Minn. Upon moving to N.Y.C. in February, he launched his career at ERG as a senior associate. Wolfson is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Urban Development and Communication, and Sport Management. Herrera Diaz, an associate at ERG, is responsible for updating property information in the company's custom-designed software and proprietary database, ERGOS. He also assists in marketing efforts for properties that ERG represents. Diaz studied civil engineering at the Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Bronx Community College. He is also fluent in Spanish.
