Gibson and Levirsky of Cushman & Wakefield arrange 11,000 s/f lease

According to Waterman Interests, LLC, Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust has executed a 10-year lease for the entire 18th floor (11,000 s/f) of 400 Park Ave., located at 54th St. The deal marks another completed step in Waterman's repositioning and value creation strategy at 400 Park Ave., a 21-story class A office and retail property. Waterman acquired the leasehold to the class A property in 2010 and is undertaking an extensive repositioning program. This deal represents an expansion for Fieldpoint Private.John Nugent, David Mauer-Hollaender, Zachary Freeman, David Kleinhandler, Michael Movshovich of CBRE represented the ownership, along with Drew Isaacson, VP of Waterman Interests, LLC. Timothy Gibson and William Levitsky of Cushman & Wakefield represented Fieldpoint Private.
