July 11, 2011 - Brokerage
Studley has arranged a 24,098 s/f lease renewal for the 10th and 11th floors at 80 Broad St. on behalf of Aegis Communications Group Inc., who has been located in the building since 2004. "We put together a comprehensive search but in the end a renewal proved to be in our client's best interest," said Studley executive managing director Marc Shapses. "Studley worked closely with Kent Swig's team and together they developed innovative solutions for our operational and business requirements thus making our decision to stay at 80 Broad an easy one," said Aegis' VP real estate, facilities & procurement Kato Hawthorne. Shapses, along with executive managing director Joseph Genovesi and corporate managing director Jason Schwartzenberg represented Aegis. Swig Equities, the building's owner, was represented by Todd Korren, executive vice president/director of leasing & operations.
