Meridian arranges a total of $37.7 million in multifamily financing

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has negotiated the financing of six multifamily mortgages totaling $37.7 million including: * A new package of mortgages totaling $12.35 million on a four-building multifamily portfolio containing 237 units in Brooklyn. These transactions were negotiated by Avi Weinstock. * A new mortgage of $7 million was placed by Meridian on a 36-unit multifamily building on Knightsbridge Rd. in Great Neck. The deal was negotiated by Elliot Birnbaum. * A new mortgage in the amount of $5,475,000 on a 49-unit multifamily building on Morris Ave. in Bronx. The deal was negotiated by Michael Kesselman. * A new mortgage of $5.4 million was placed by Meridian on an 82-unit multifamily building on Sterling Place in Brooklyn. The deal was negotiated by Dovid Ostrov. * A new mortgage in the amount of $4.2 million on a 22-unit multifamily building on Cooper St. The deal was negotiated by Jeffrey Weinberg. * A new mortgage of $3.2 million was placed by Meridian on a 51-unit multifamily building on DeKalb Ave. in Bronx. The deal was negotiated by Weinstock.
