Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group closes on two notes valued at $84.85 million

Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc. has closed on two notes with a total value of $84.85 million. The deals include: * A note with a value of $4.85 million on a 61-unit apartment building located at 61 Martense St. Attorney Wayne Lopkin was the broker for the bank. The deal was an all-cash deal and closed within 30 days of signing the contract. * A note with a face value of $80 million for a total of six elevator buildings located in Queens and the other boroughs. According to Blatter, Whitestone is looking to purchase more bank notes in additional to seeking the purchase of off-market multifamily apartment buildings.
