According to Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC, William Abramson has acted for the landlord in a recent lease at 215 West 28th St. in the borough's Chelsea neighborhood. Dubcork Inc. plans to open an Irish-themed sports bar at the 8,000 s/f site. Bill Zorzy of Picken Real Estate Inc. acted for the tenant.
