According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner of Goldschmidt & Associates, salesperson Fern Wagner represented H Mart Supermarket in its 37,000 s/f lease transaction for the former Pathmark Supermarket on Central Ave. The property is owned by Centro Properties Group. Nick Andreadis negotiated the deal on behalf of Centro. "This was a win-win-win for all concerned," said Goldschmidt.
