Ciurleo joins Hunt Construction Services as senior managing partner

According to Hunt Construction Services, Inc., Robert Ciurleo has joined the firm as senior managing partner. Ciurleo has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1987. As a partner at Plaza Realty, a commercial property management, maintenance and general contracting firm, his experience included managing a portfolio of retail shopping centers owned by a major supermarket chain. Ciurleo, as the principal of Real Estate Solutions, Inc. has also served as construction manager for a wide variety of projects such as: the complete interior demolition and renovation of a 30,000 s/f specialty supermarket; the ground-up construction of a four-story 44,000 s/f, condominium complex in the village of Rockville Centre; and the complete interior demolition and renovation of a 100,000 s/f industrial building in Melville, which included three turn-key tenant build-outs as well as site work. "Rob and I have enjoyed a pleasant relationship for many years," said David Hunt, president of both firms. "We have done comprehensive work together for mutual clients, and I am just thrilled to have him on board."
