Dan Davitt has been a commercial and industrial broker with CBRE/Albany for nearly a decade. Davitt believes that his extensive local experience and hands-on approach to client representation gives his clients an edge on all commercial and industrial real estate matters in the Capital District. Davitt also has extensive experience in transactions with various municipal industrial development authorities (IDA), the NYS Job Development Authority, and various secondary federal loan programs.
