Tom MacClarence of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered the sale of 700 Fifth Ave., Watervliet, which is a 10,758 s/f school. Kayan Holdings LLC purchased the property from St. Bridget's Church West Troy. MacClarence represented the purchaser and Coldwell Banker represented the seller. Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered the sale of 1293 Rte. 9, Schodack which is a 7,200 s/f warehouse facility on 4.63 acres. BBE Albany Corp. sold the facility to Joseph Ciliento for $300,000. MacAffer represented the seller and Prudential Blake Atlantic represented the buyer. Tom Savino and Laurie Tylenda of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered the sales of 2 Rosell Dr. and 4 Rosell Dr., Clifton Park. 2 Rosell Dr. is a 4,800 s/f office building and 4 Rosell Dr. is a 7,300 s/f office building. They were sold together as a package for $725,000. The seller was Rosell Drive Partners and the buyer is Abele Ushers. Tom Savino of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered the sale of 402 Albany Shaker Rd. in Colonie. Tom represented the purchaser, KNC Touch Free Car Wash. The sellers, Roaring Brook, LLC were represented by Prudential Blake Atlantic. The property transferred for $174,376 and will be the site of a new Papa Johns restaurant. John Tracy of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered the sale of 55 Grant Ave., Albany which is an 18,000 s/f mixed-use building. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, 55 Grant Ave Corp. and Mill Creek Realty represented the buyer, Property Acquisitions LLC. The property transferred for $691,000. Dan Simpson, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered an 8,000 s/f lease of warehouse space at 318 Ushers Rd., Clifton Park. Simpson represented the tenant, Custom Courier Solutions and Remax Park Place represented the landlord. Jonathan Elkind of CB Richard Ellis/Albany brokered a 3,929 s/f lease of retail space at 300 Saratoga Rd., Glenville. Elkind represented Personal Wine Cellar, LLC, the tenant, and Price Chopper Operating Co. is the landlord.
