Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren has brokered two leases totaling 3,300 s/f. Yao represented the landlord, The Jen Corp. in a 10-year, 2,100 s/f lease (1,100 s/f retail and 1,000 s/f basement) to Apple Café Bakery at 24 West 8th St. She also represented PICC in a seven-year, 1,200 s/f lease at 1251 Avenue of the Americas. The landlord, Mitsui Fudosan America, was represented by Newmark Knight Frank.
