Lynch of Trinity Real Estate reps landlord in 13,252 s/f lease to One Kings Lane

One Kings Lane has signed a five-year lease for 13,252 s/f at 205 Hudson St. in the Hudson Sq. neighborhood. Originally constructed in 1928, 205 Hudson St. is situated at the corner of Canal and Hudson St. The 12-story, 386,785 s/f building features 24/7 security and tenant access, on-site management and is home to a diverse range of tenants including The Ladders, Serge Nivelle Photography and Apogee Events' TriBeCa Rooftop.
