Blankstein and Goodman of Boulder Group broker $1.169 million bank property

The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single tenant net leased Citizens Financial Bank property for $1.169 million. The 36,258 s/f parcel is 100% leased on to the bank. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller. The purchaser was a private high net worth investor from Canada. "Bank ground leases with long term leases remain in high demand for net lease real estate investors" said Randy Blankstein, president of The Boulder Group. Jimmy Goodman, partner of The Boulder Group, said, "The above average rental escalations combined with the property's location within the Chicago MSA attracted multiple prospective buyers."
