RFR completes two new and six lease renewals

RFR Realty has completed two new and six renewal leases. The deals were signed at 375 Park Ave., 17 State St. and 275 Madison Ave. The leases are as follows: 375 Park Ave. * Unio Holdings LLC renewal; The tenant was represented by Christel Engel, Colliers. * Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP renewal. The tenant was represented by Steve Siegel and Craig Reichler of CBRE. * Alan Roberts renewal. 17 State St. * Broad & Wall/LLC, B & W Equities LLC renewal. The tenant was represented by Robert Corbi, JLL. * IPsoft, Inc. renewal. The tenant was represented by Robert Lowe, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. * Sword renewal. The tenant was represented by Ross Zimbalist, CBRE. 275 Madison Ave. * Training The Street, Inc. - new lease. The tenant was represented by Clayton Kline, JLL. * Skyline Title - new lease. The tenant represented by Nick Poshkus, Corcoran Commercial Division. RFR senior VP Oliver Katcher negotiated the leases at 275 Madison Ave. while VP AJ Camhi and Steve Morrows negotiated the leases at 17 State St. "We are excited to continue strong relationships with our existing tenants," said Steve Morrows, executive VP and co-director of leasing at RFR, "and we look forward to the opportunity to work with our new tenants.
