Meet the ICSC Member: Jeffrey Pliskin

Jeffrey Pliskin is president of Pliskin Realty & Development. Pliskin earned a BA Economics Yale University, 1979, JD Columbia Law School, 1983. He was a real estate attorney for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and Robinson Silverman, before founding Pliskin Realty in early 1990s. Pliskin Realty is one of the leading real estate brokerage firms in the New York metropolitan area, specializing in retail real estate. Geographically, their concentration is on Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City. Their sales division is one of the most active in the market, representing numerous buyers and sellers of commercial property. Pliskin's leasing division represents many of the largest shopping center owners, as well as many of the smallest in the market.
