GHP Office Realty handles nine leases at two Westchester properties; Includes a 12,000 s/f lease renewal/expansion at 4 Red Oak Lane

GHP Office Realty has completed nine leases at two of its buildings - 7-11 South Broadway and 4 Red Oak Lane. At the four-story 7-11 South Broadway four tenants, totaling 7,500 s/f renewed their leases. Riverside Capital Management, a private wealth management firm, renewed its lease for 2,500 s/f, as did Romanoff Management Corp. in 2,000 s/f. Kelly Services also renewed its commitment to its long-term tenancy in the building. Finally, Euler Hermes, UMA Inc. also renewed its lease. The property is now 92% leased. At 4 Red Oak Ln., four new tenants and one expansion totaling 22,500 s/f have brought that three-story class A property to 90% occupancy. Stifel Nicolas & Co. has renewed and expanded its tenancy of their office, which serves as its Westchester County headquarters, which is now 12,000 s/f, as the company continues to hire stock brokers and investment advisors. WCG Management Co. relocated into the property from New York City. They occupy 4,500 s/f and were represented by Jones Lang Lasalle. Concorde Staffing also signed a new lease for 2,000 s/f, and Vision Financial Services signed a new lease for 2,500 s/f.
