Experian Hitwise has renewed its 13,000 s/f full-floor lease at Rockrose Development's 300 Park Ave. South. John Peters, Andy Peretz, and Mikael Nahmias of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the five-year lease renewal while Paul Formichelli of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
