GCP Capital Group completes 18 financing deals totaling $79.4 million

GCP Capital Group LLC, one of the nation's most active companies specializing in investment real estate finance, has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $79.4 million for the following properties:
$11 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 89 units, located on West 45th St. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.
$6.2 million for a two-story apartment building containing 63 apartments, located in Long Beach. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.
$5.6 million for 2 four-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 71 apartments and two commercial units, located on 4th Ave. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$12.2 million for multifamily buildings containing 299 units located throughout northern N.J. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$6.3 million for a five-story rental walk-up apartment building containing 87 units located on Vermilyea Ave. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP arranged the financing.
$4 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 130 units located on Turner Pl. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$3.6 million for a six-story elevator apartment building with 48 units located on Sheridan Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$1.2 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building with 10 units located on Wheeler Ave. in the Bronx. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP arranged the financing.
$3 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 12 units plus one store located on Columbus Ave. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP arranged the financing.
$2.5 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 44 units located on West 181st St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$1.5 million for a 41,000 s/f mixed-use retail and office building located on Smith St. in Farmingdale. Sessa arranged the financing.
$1.425 million for a 10,000 s/f industrial building located on Union St. in Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP arranged the financing.
$5.05 million for five apartment buildings containing a total of 104 units located in Jersey City, N.J. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$4.6 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 34 units located on Broadway. Brostovski arranged the financing for this transaction.
$3.625 million for three apartment buildings containing a total of 81 units located in Bayside, Queens. Classi arranged the financing.
$3 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 41 units located on Vermilyea Ave. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$2.3 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 24 units located on East 25th St. Classi arranged the financing.
$2.3 million for a 50-unit apartment building located on Roseville Ave. in Newark, N.J. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
