Soldano has 24 years of experience in the field of marketing engineering and architecture services. She will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and business development strategies for the firm. Soldano is a certified professional services marketer and is a member and founding board member for the Long Island Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, an organization dedicated to marketing professionals in the A/E/C industry. She is currently the incoming chair of the SMPS Business Development Institute. Soldano has presented at National and Regional conferences on marketing best practices, has taught leadership workshops for SMPS committee and board members, and is a regular contributor to local and national journals and newsletters.
