Struzzi of Pyramid Brokerage-Albany represents buyer in $1.2 million sale

According to Pyramid Brokerage Company-Albany, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, the $1.2 million sale of 182 Riverside Dr. has been completed. The 141,000 s/f facility, former home to the White Mop Wringer Company, was sold to Olbrych Realty of Mayfield. Peter Struzzi, SIOR of the Albany office represented the purchaser and CBRE represented the seller.
