Real Estate Board of N.Y. hosts commercial seminar on capital markets

On December 12th the Real Estate Board of New York hosted its commercial seminar in its newly appointed Bernard H. Mendik Education Center. Over 100 REBNY members attended the seminar to hear the panel discuss the current capital markets and the panelist' personal 2008 outlook. The event hosted moderator Darcy Stacom, vice chairman, Investment Properties Institutional Group of CB Richard Ellis and panelists Peter Hauspurg, chairman and CEO of Eastern Consolidated, Wood Heller, Studley, Inc., Robert Knakal, chairman and founding partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services, Scott Latham, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and Simon Ziff, president of Ackman-Ziff, all of whom expressed great enthusiasm and optimism for the upcoming year.
