Duane Reade expands to 17,000 s/f at 155 E. 34th

According to Buchbinder & Warren LLC, William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren has represented property ownership in a recent leasing transaction at 155 East 34th St. Duane Reade has renewed and expanded their existing 10,000 s/f lease. They have taken an additional 7,000 s/f, expanding their footprint to 17,000 s/f and extended their exisiting lease to 22 years. The company plans on making a mega-store which includes the sale of food. Jeff Winick of Winick Realty represented Duane Reade in the transaction.
