Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates acts for tenant and landlord in 2,800 s/f lease

According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, (KDA) the firm has arranged a 2,800 s/f lease for Williamsburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 42 Dobbin St. between Nassau and Norman Aves. in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The Jiu Jitsu studio is run by professional mixed martial arts fighter Roger Mamedov. Grant Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant and the building owner, Flour and Sugar LLC. The three-story, 88,000 s/f building is located close to the L and G subway lines and the Williamsburg Bridge. Other tenants in the building include Vespa, Mariebelle Chocolates, SBK Florists, Blenderbox, City Aquarium and a new restaurant/bar by restaurateur Robert Shamliam.
