Schoens of Savitt secure 21,700 s/f for Maggy London

Maggy London International has expanded its presence at 530 Seventh Ave. The contemporary women's apparel company renewed and expanded its lease at the 460,000 s/f property. The Savitt Partners team of Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen represented Maggy London in the negotiations.
The fashion company renewed its existing 18,200 s/f lease on the 16th floor and took an additional 3,500 s/f of showroom space on the 15th floor.
Maggy London International Ltd. was established in 1979 and operates under the labels Maggy London, London Times, Donna Morgan, Suzi Chin, Muse, Anthracite, Shani and Lizzatti. Each division also provides design and production to many fine retailers under their private label brands. The branded collections are carried in the finest specialty stores in the country and major department stores such as Nordstrom, Federated, Dillards and Belk.
