Schoens of Savitt secure 21,700 s/f for Maggy London

Maggy London International has expanded its presence at 530 Seventh Ave. The contemporary women's apparel company renewed and expanded its lease at the 460,000 s/f property. The Savitt Partners team of Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen represented Maggy London in the negotiations. The fashion company renewed its existing 18,200 s/f lease on the 16th floor and took an additional 3,500 s/f of showroom space on the 15th floor.
