Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has recently leased 89,710 s/f to Xand Corporation at Mid-Westchester Executive Park. The transactions consist of the following: * A three-year, 46,078 s/f lease extension for the entire office/flex building at 11 Skyline Dr., extending the term to 10 years and nine months. * A new 10-year, nine-month lease for 43,632 s/f at 17 Skyline Dr. This lease brings the 85,000 s/f class A office building to 100% leased. Xand Corp., a provider of data center infrastructure and business continuity solutions, has undergone several expansions since it became a Mack-Cali tenant in 1990.
