Pryputniewicz of Pyramid Brokerage brokers $70,000 sale

The 4,060 s/f former Deerpath Restaurant, located at 6064 Rte. 8, was recently sold. Christopher Roche purchased the property in February for $70,000. He plans to reopen the restaurant and add a larger tavern and lounge area, and will offer catering services from intimate parties to large gatherings.
