Nicholas Harris, Jr., CPM, PCAM, is the vice president of operations for Regional Facilities Management Services, LLC (RFM). The company specializes in property and facilities management, real estate brokerage, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical. The RFM organization works closely with its client to provide comprehensive property management services geared toward reducing expenses, increasing tenant retention and increasing value.
