Ceylon Frett has been promoted to VP of NobleStrategy, a construction management and training firm with offices in Harlem, Long Island City and Newark. He has been with the company since 2008, serving as director of business development. "Ceylon has been a tremendous asset to NobleStrategy and has been instrumental in our company's success even during difficult economic times," said William Parrish, Jr., president & CEO of NobleStrategy. "Even before Ceylon became an employee, he was one of my most trusted consultants and helped us launch the firm. In addition to business development, Ceylon now serves as a company executive directly responsible for all daily operations, client services and project management."
With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and technology consulting, Frett has compiled a wealth of knowledge developing new business for construction facilities and real estate clients. He has managed construction management and training services for many of NobleStrategy's most prominent clients.

Frett graduated from Morgan State University with a B.S. in Marketing and the Fundamentals of Construction Management Certification Program at New York City College of Technology. He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Chairman of the Newark Public Schools School-to-Career & College Initiatives Technology Advisory Board and a Board Member of the Rutgers University Small Business Development Center.
