Ceylon Frett has been promoted to VP of NobleStrategy, a construction management and training firm with offices in Harlem, Long Island City and Newark. He has been with the company since 2008, serving as director of business development. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and technology consulting, Frett has compiled a wealth of knowledge developing new business for construction facilities and real estate clients. He has managed construction management and training services for many of NobleStrategy's most prominent clients.
