A new condo and dance theater development was unveiled at a ground breaking ceremony held by Dance Theater Workshop Partners, LLC. The development, located at 219 West 19th St., is a $14.4 million, 11-story, 60,000 s/f property featuring eight floors of residential condos and the new home of Dance Theater Workshop.
