Pariser of Taconic addresses YM/WREA at March luncheon

As YM/WREA's March luncheon speaker, Paul Pariser, Co-CEO of Taconic Investment Partners, discussed how he launched his real estate career at Jones Lang Wootton, then ultimately formed Taconic Investment Partners specializing in the repositioning and developing of commercial and residential properties with Charles Bendit. He discussed the many properties owned by Taconic, including the Apple Store in NYC's Meatpacking District, the co-development of the Caledonia with Related Cos., the newly constructed retail and office property at 15 Little West 12th St., and 111 Eighth Ave., which was acquired by Google for $1.8 billion.
